On the tools. Can’t get to the phone?

We’re exploring Zenna, an AI receptionist and missed-call enquiry-capture concept for trade and service businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Our starting question is simple: how might a business capture an enquiry when it can’t answer?

Zenna is not available to use yet.

Explore the idea

The problem we’re exploring

Calls can arrive while someone is driving, up a ladder or in the middle of a job. We’re exploring ways a business might capture the enquiry details for follow-up when it can’t answer.

One possible workflow is missed-call event → approved message → enquiry record. It is a concept under exploration, not a live service or a promise that a message will be delivered.

Who we’re exploring this for

We’re exploring how a missed-call follow-up concept might work for trade and service businesses in New Zealand and Australia. The first market and workflow have not been selected.

When will it launch, and what will it cost?

There is no confirmed public launch date or pricing offer. Availability will only be announced after readiness checks and release approval.
